• Program Start Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
• Program End Date: Saturday, December 12, 2026
• Exclusion Date(s): Saturday, October 10, 2026 (Thanksgiving)
• Uniform Pick Up: At first session Saturday, September 19, 2026.
• All outdoor sessions in September and October are at City View Park F3, 2500 Kerns Road, Burlington, L7P 1P8
• All indoor sessions in November and Decembers are at The Sports Yard, 63 Hwy 5 W., Hamilton, L9H 0B2
• Changes: Scooby Soccer reserves the right to change times and/or combine age groups if enrollment is low.
• Due to fluctuating numbers Scooby reserves the right to change times/days of play and/or combine age groups
• Locations provided above are subject to change and not guaranteed due to City of Burlington availability
• Should a game be cancelled, we will do our best to reschedule the game, based on availability
• Please ensure you read and understand our Refund Policy below

For the safety of all players involved and to uphold the laws of the game, all players U4 and above must have shin guards and appropriate soccer shoes (can be soccer cleats or running shoes) to participate.

Wearing jewelry during soccer is strictly prohibited. This is imperative for both the safety of the player wearing the jewelry but also the other participants.

We strongly suggest sun hats/ baseball hats are not worn during play. This is for the safety of the player and other participants. We understand that sun safety can
be a concern during the warmer months, and encourage the use of sunscreen, lots
of water available on the sidelines and perhaps an umbrella to sit under when they aren’t on the field.

All participants in our summer programs (GAME DAY excepted) will receive a ball and are to bring it to their sessions. We suggest all players use a permanent marker (Sharpies work well!) to write their first and last name on the ball.

Yes, spectators are allowed and very much encouraged during our outdoor season. Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we ask that only one parent attend with their player for our indoor season. For players U5 and older, we ask that parents drop off and pick up during the indoor season as there isn’t space on the sidelines for spectators.

We will do our best to keep our locations and times consistent each week. If a
location and/or time change occurs your team will be notified by email.

Yes, we continue with play during rain and sessions will run as scheduled.

Occasionally, we need to cancel play due to inclement weather or environmental advisories (air quality warnings, thunder & lightning, unusually large amounts of heavy rain or high winds). We cancel with player and spectator safety top of mind.

The City may also choose to close public fields due to flooding and saturation after heavy rainfall. If this is the case, we unfortunately must cancel sessions and follow the City direction.

All communication concerning cancellations will be communicated directly to
those impacted via email and social media. Please check before coming to your
session, one group’s cancellation does not mean the next group will be cancelled.

Due to the length of season and field time constraints, we are not able to reschedule makeup games/days.

• ALL REFUNDS are subject to a $50 Administration Fee on approved refunds.
• There will be no refunds/transfer of registration fees 10 days prior to the
  start of the season.
• If a player needs to withdraw due to medical reasons, you must provide medical documentation. Players will receive a partial refund (pro-rated) for any medical issues.
